Pros
Well defined career progression paths, great engineering standards and a hard working but fun culture. A huge amount of engineering going on across a really exciting product set. A rather exciting place to be - they seem to be committed to maintaining a start up culture whilst growing quickly..
Cons
A number of remote staff means sometimes late calls and meetings due to timezone differences. Some decisions can take a while to push through. Benefit packages could be slightly more enticing!
