      Pros

      Great benefits including 5% match on 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The ESPP allows employees to buy stock twice a year at a 15% discount.

      Cons

      Very few company-wide/family events since I've been here. Very dirty around plant due to Graphite Management is somewhat disconnected from actual on-goings of plant.
