Salary and benefits are somewhat competitive. In the beginning it was a good place to work, but it didn't last.
Cons
Let's start with management. They don't know what they are doing. They are not held accountable by upper management for bad decisions and don't hold themselves accountable. Morale is at zero. Quality is terrible. It is unsafe to work there. EHS is a joke. Facilities is a joke. The place is falling apart. The mentality is that we've always done it this way. They haven't progressed into the 21st century. Nothing is state of the art there, it's the opposite. Do not go to work here if you don't have to. Hard working people don't get advanced and aren't valued. They have a corporate term of Pace Values. Not here. They are repeatedly violated and no one cares. HR is there to protect the company not the employees.
