Pros
Benefits are fair with good holiday time. Great opportunities for students. Good people to work with at operations and engineering level and I enjoy the diverse team cross-functionality. I've also had development opportunities which I appreciate.
Cons
Huge culture shift to "not good enough" and "not fast enough" mentality, including blaming and finger pointing. Highly stressful workloads and unrealistic deadlines from upper management have become the norm. Very poor job security. Quick to layoff anyone including good, talented workers without fully understanding the reppercussions. CONSTANT company reorganizations.
