Lots of false pomises, Management teases carrots which are perpetually just out of reach. They do not like to be reminded of safety issues which cost money to remedy. Management promotes "yes" men and fosters a military like "chain of command" mentality. Employee opinions are stifled and morale is at an all time low. The culture is toxic, Leads and people with clout are often condescending and belittling. The place thrives on chaos and drama.
