Organization with a strong mission, with a solid resource foundation, and network of relationships across the country

Cons

Complex organization, with some cultural and operational challenges working horizontally across multiple silos. Difficult to innovate and make investments in cross-team work. Management is vertically strong, but horizontally can be insular.

Great onsite team in portfolio. Was lucky to have an amazing regional.

Cons

Everything else. They would get a zero if possible. Communities are in bad neighborhoods where crime is very common. Had to deal with drug abusers and kicking out homeless people and even getting attacked on an occasion. Corporate does not care at all about the safety of their people, had to bring a taser to the office when walking the building, Compensation is also horrible for the work you’re required and putting in.
