Pros
Great benefits, recently introduced paid maternity leave.
Cons
Enterprise has a very unusual, extreme, and toxic liberal work culture that is dominated by white highly paid rich women. These folks, for whatever reason, usually have a chip on their shoulder about race. They are out of touch and obsessed with a one-sided and patronizing view on most racial equity issues. Essentially the organization, especially in the local markets, is based on an opinion that is out of touch with middle ground policies in an increasingly post-racial America. The echo chamber effect is high at Enterprise where you will be subject to weekly calls where the same blurb is regurgitated to support the organizations one-sided racial narrative. Morgan Freeman sums it up - do not continue to use race as an excuse for not getting on and stop talking and obsessing over it… The main underlying view that is promoted at Enterprise is that white people - especially men - have “privilege” and have not earned their positions, while successful people of color are patronized and undermined that they have only been successful through handouts or positive discrimination. Everybody is made to feel bad through this thinking!
