Pros
-Flexible, depending on department, about teleworking and days off as needed. -Many great locations across the country with a diverse staff. -Great benefits package. -Intelligent and engaged colleagues. -Regular chances to receive raises and bonuses (again depending on your department, and your role, of course).
Cons
- Not a lot of room for growth to a new position, and no clear path for how you could move up. -Tight budgets can make achieving goals more difficult. -Leadership is not always as authentic/transparent as they could be. -Red tape can make certain projects difficult to complete.
