Pros
Originally, mission was good and people loved working there. Enterprise Community Investments' mission has moved from being mission-driven to profit-driven and much more focused on the bottom line. Personnel has been taken over from those who were originally with the company when mission driven (great) to those who worked at major corporations like Coca Cola. The personnel policies reflect that now, it is nothing like it was.
Cons
The cubicle blunder was mis-handled terribly. All of the offices where for years employees worked hard and with privacy were torn out and a cube farm developed. This was a HUGE damper in morale. Management has admitted they made a mistake after this happened, but it is too late to undo. I would not go back there, as would not many others, as this was a typical management decision, made with no input from employees. Much like the Dilbert world.
