      Pros

      A very supportive and collaborative environment, with management that encourages professional development and learning new skills. It is pretty fast-paced and most employees work on multiple projects at once, so there's never much danger of getting bored.

      Cons

      This isn't necessarily a downside, but be aware that many employees work remotely, so it's important to make an extra effort to be communicative and stay in touch with your team.

      Work at home or office A number of very good people to work with. Interesting problems to solve.

      From an engineering perspective: A number of incompetent leaders in Engineering led to high turnover and chaos. No formal QA Department for test of Models, software, deployment processes. Models and AI modules are developed by a different company. Models are treated as a black box. No formal testing of Models and outcomes. No transparency from management in
