The benefits are HORRIBLE. You get 10 days a year for sick leave and vacation. It's really cramped a lot of people's style. Also, flexible schedule? FORGET IT. You are required to be in the office from 8-5 and get in trouble if you aren't. The 401k contributions are also abysmal. Also, just FYI most people don't stay here long. We have a major problem with turnover and the employees are for the majority under the age of 35.
