Pros
My paycheck never bounced, even though the company is operating in the red. Our marketing department and the agencies they used is probably the best in the business.
Cons
The website is consistently going offline, which is so frustrating for our customers and employees. The products themselves are largely ripped off from competitors, to the point where management urged us to convince our customers to give us access to other software systems they were using. The whole values-based culture is a front. There are so many disillusioned folks now, there's a hater blog propertydelusions.com. It all feels like a house of cards.
