Pros

The work is remote. Plus, PTO and pay are decent. First-tier supervisors try their best to accommodate and help out, along with your coworkers

Cons

Everything else is beyond awful. Upper management doesn't care when you raise complaints about work conditions, pay raises, or anything. HR follows suit with false positivity while following upper management in ignoring emails from everyone. You're constantly micromanaged down to the second, and they don't give you room to breathe or to slip up. If you do? Write-up, and it's clear that first-line supervisors don't want to dole them out. But are forced to or forced out themselves. Not to mention forcing you to install invasive software that you can't remove yourself on your machine. The constant stress of if today might be your last is so much that even when you're off work, you're panicking. Further, everything is constantly changing: new rules, procedures, exceptions, software we're supposed to use, grading metrics. I can't tell if it's a lack of skill or malice trying to force us out. Lastly, the company is trying to force in-house staff out slowly over time. By replacing them with foreign labor from a third-party company who perform the same or worse than in-house staff. Everything is your fault in this company, and you are constantly to blame for some reason.

Pros

Envera is a great example of the "One Team" mentality. Sales, Account Management, Installation, and Service teams all pulling in the same direction to take the company to the next level. This supportive and growth-centered culture produces a very productive atmosphere and a positive work experience. Employees are empowered to make the decisions necessary to benefit our clients as well as the company. Our Senior leaders have positioned Envera for rapid growth. If you thrive on making a difference in your job, and working in a fast-paced, ever-changing and growing environment... This is definitely where you should work!

Cons

With the rapid change and growth happening at Envera, it may sometimes make you uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable is really not a negative... it is a positive.. It means you are learning and growing. Embrace it!

Pros

Enjoyed working alongside my co-workers...they were a far better support system than management.

Cons

This company pulled a fast one on an entire hard-working department. After the "visions of grandeur" and "hype" that created false hope, our salaries were cut in half -- with no notice. Many complaints from current customers due to technical breakdowns that lasted 2-3 months. Therefore, it doesn't take too long for the word to get out into the business and residential community about the poor service, which made generating new business nearly impossible. Onsite security monitors were replaced and outsourced to another country, as well as a new business development office in yet another country. Jobs replaced for cheap labor. Very poor treatment and no loyalty towards employees that did not deserve to be placed in such a stressful financial situation. We were forced out without being terminated--we had to pay our bills. I would NOT recommend anyone apply to this company. They have been through 3 CEO's in the previous 3 years. Unfortunately, the massive amount of money this company irresponsibly spent placed a financial hardship on their employees. There are much better opportunities out there.
