Remote work and there is no time constraint like you can start early or late but complete the 9 hrs

Cons

Since there is no time constraint and you might have to connect with US team then you could be working for 12 hrs due to meetings at the end

Great culture and team. The new management is really good and are invested in our growth and lots of investment in technology and product. I see a lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Keeping the Chicago office would have been nice, understand most of the employee choose to work remote and no one is going to office that often.
