Overseas conference calls almost always adjusted to US timings, India employees need to stay back after office hours. Could be 50-50

Pros

Great culture and team. The new management is really good and are invested in our growth and lots of investment in technology and product. I see a lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Keeping the Chicago office would have been nice, understand most of the employee choose to work remote and no one is going to office that often.
