Pros

Envestnet was a very good firm (before 2019). The salary is high compared to other firms(hope this will not change bacause everything has changed except this)

Cons

The work culture has completely changed after the acquisition of Yodlee. I have been working here since 2010 and it was a very good firm. That is why I stayed so long. But now I think I have to move. Yodlee(US) team is now ruling envestnet. Their work culture is entirely different. Not only my team, but most if the teams are struggling now. Envestnet is in trap now.

Pros

Great culture and team. The new management is really good and are invested in our growth and lots of investment in technology and product. I see a lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Keeping the Chicago office would have been nice, understand most of the employee choose to work remote and no one is going to office that often.
