Great tech stack, startup environment even though it's pretty old in the market, new design, free food, number of leaves okayish, good management

Cons

Sometimes lot of pressure due excessive work, some applications are old and of legacy code which causes problems

Pros

Great culture and team. The new management is really good and are invested in our growth and lots of investment in technology and product. I see a lot of opportunities to grow.

Cons

Keeping the Chicago office would have been nice, understand most of the employee choose to work remote and no one is going to office that often.
