Stable job for federal employee

Cons

for non federal employee, everything is disappointing. Low pay, limited stuff to learn and no benefits at all. Contractors, SEE people and interns do a lot for EPA, but they do not get what they deserve.

Work-life balance, respect of superiors and colleagues, sometimes you still get to further the mission.

Cons

Most of the time the administration slows down progress on projects and cases. Morale is at an all-time low.
