COVID-19 has certainly brought it’s set of challenges. Regarding the comment on remote working, we really appreciate your feedback! The lack of face-to-face interaction can hinder the manager’s ability to gauge an employee’s struggle; though regular one-on-one’s are still encouraged even remotely. Our Envisionary Leadership Program, which is required of all people managers, provides the training needed for managers to be supportive and encouraging in developing teams to their full potential. During this difficult time, our HR team is rolling out a “Manager Took-Kit” to give managers the tools needed to guide employees through this unprecedented period.
