If you’re a POC, they won’t honor some benefits like certification reimbursements. HR is very well aware of this, several POC employees brought this to their attention, and the only thing that was said, is they understand but there were no changes made at the moment.

- [ ] - [ ] If you’re POC and you don’t have a generic name used in America and they won’t spell your name correctly and you try to advocate for yourself, they will blackball you. whether it’s not getting promotions, or not being able to get reimbursed for certifications.
