We take concerns about management, workplace culture, and inclusion very seriously. In our most recent employee culture survey, one of our strongest areas was direct manager relationships, where employees reported feeling supported by their immediate leaders. While this is very encouraging, we understand that individual experiences can vary, and we are focused on creating consistency across the organization.
We are using our survey insights to guide action in several areas, including enhancing training and onboarding, improving communication and alignment, strengthening systems and technology, and reinforcing expectations for collaboration and workplace behavior. These priorities are designed to build on what is working while addressing areas where improvement is needed.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment where employees feel they can do their best work is always a top priority.
