Pros
Benefits and pay are not the worse in the area. Hourly people are great people.
Cons
Slave labor. Impossible goals with no parts materials or tools to achieve said goals. Zero family life. Safety is only important when production is not an issue. Rules only apply to non salary Employees. Promotion on happens to corporate"yes men." Management will scream and use profanity towards you. New pay scale makes raises nearly impossible to obtain. Hostility and incompetence are the true culture of the management staff.
