Pros

Literally only good thing is getting a pay check every week to pay your bills

Cons

Horrible management, micromanaging creates low morale for the whole 2nd shift. Get talked down to. Treated like your worthless. Get verbally abused on a daily basis. I could go on and on. No career advancement.
