Higher ups do not care - Teacher Episcopal Children's Services Employee Review

Higher ups only care about pleasing parents even if it’s at the expense of the health of the staff and other children. Too much responsibility on teachers. Many grants that contradict each other. Unrealistic expectations. No solutions for real classroom issues. Training is repetitive and uninteresting. Veteran teachers are valued less than those with more education. Yet veteran teachers train incoming teachers. Employee loyalty is not appreciated. Teachers can no longer move up bc they can not apply for other positions within the company during school year.
