Pros

Absolutely none besides wfh schedule.

Cons

This company is a sick joke. I’ve never worked for a company that took advantage of young fresh college graduates (preferably women) this bad. They will humiliate you if you don’t do their dirty work of extremely unrealistic goals, where no matter how hard you work you will never make commission. In my short time working here I saw over a dozen young people get fired for absolutely no reason as the company has no job security. The average time a recruiter works at this company has to be no more then 6 months as they will fire you before then or worse have you go so insane you have to quit. If this company offers you a job do yourself a favor and work anywhere else. Know your worth!

Cons

My experience as a corporate employee was less than average and I would not recommend this job unless you need to achieve a short-term goal or don’t have anything else lined up. - The training is not reflective of post-deployment because it lacks urgency. You have to hit the ground running and if you don’t catch up then you’re put on the chopping block. - The company runs on fear rather than encouragement to meet metrics. - Monthly quotas increase the longer you’re here. It can be become cutthroat. - There is high turnover and you’re expected to just keep going as if there’s no chance you’re next. - LOTS OF FAVORITISM - Similar to most staffing/sales environments, the company is known for deliberately targeting fresh/recent grads with no experience because they’re less likely to speak up. - You are encouraged to take your work home with you but they do not offer any mental health or sick days. - Expensive health insurance (even for a single person). - Minimal career growth - promotions are rarely offered. Majority of account managers are white women - do with that what you will! - Toxic environment. Co-workers will talk behind your back.
