Cons
The technical level for software developers is very high and you are expected to mostly learn it on your own. Some training is provided, but it is far from enough. Decisions come very slowly and with lots of friction due to leadership not exercising enough their authority when the team has conflicting points of view. HR team is an absolute mess at the moment, requests take long to process and they are falling behind their most essential duties. Onboarding for newcomers is not good. Salary is alright, but benefits package swings depending on the country between basic and none at all.
