      Pros

      - Office is very good, got a different Ambiance which is very good - Free lunch on Friday - Cab drops for employee, All cabs are new and sedan with AC, only few routes they have converted to Tempo but all are new - Employee Friendly - Epsilon looks to employees concern and address those concern.

      Cons

      - New office - so HR , Facilities and other process still need to be stabilized - Shift modules are good but Leadership needs to think about providing shift allowance for 12-9 shift, other IT companies provides this. - Bangalore office needs a big auditor which is currently missing, since we are growing they need this for town halls and cannot always use Cafeteria

Definitely with a new office we will have places to improve, and suggestions from our associates will only make us a better place.       Pros

      There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

      Cons

      Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
