Pros

One of the best benefits packages out there. Mother company, Alliance Data, seems great as well. Free lunches on Fridays are nice. Some really great and talented people work here.

Cons

This needs to be said for the marketing department. I've read plenty of reviews on here that are stepping around this. Politics, favorites. Basically what everyone is saying is that the head of creative plays favorites. BADLY. He is located here in West Chicago but is in charge of most of the creatives nationwide. There have been quite a few layoffs in the last couple of years. I have witnessed some great people get let go while others have stayed that should have been the first in line. Truth is, everyone is too scared to say anything about it in fear of getting fired. He is your boss's boss so who exactly are you going to speak to about it? HR? Nothing will ever come of it and you will have a bullseye on your back moving forward. Most of us have families to support and can't take the risk.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
