Pros

Work from home policy, work-life balance, standard work, Recruiting HR is great

Cons

I was recruited by Epsilon HR, who were professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the company seem like it had a "start-up" culture where new grads/young workers could grow professionally. However, working for Epsilon was not what I expected from a Fortune 500 tech company. Epsilon is top heavy with a majority white, male executives that provide little support to their employees. If you "ruffle any feathers" or try to break the status quo with any new or innovative ideas, you are likely to be shut down. Epsilon wants all their workers to do what they are told and not think for themselves. They would prefer to let an employee’s skills go to waste than to utilize them; once they are beaten down by the corporate hammer, then they expect employees to conform and mold into another worker on a timesheet. Employees are essentially replaceable, under-valued, and complacent. When employees report instances of unprofessionalism or other issues to HR, team members resent and discourage those actions. When Epsilon does recognize the value of their employees, they will overwork them without equal compensation until you are working almost 80 hour weeks (all the while other employees are underutilized). While I learned some transferrable business skills, the culture and working environment that Epsilon breeds is toxic. Employees are willing to throw each other under the bus, whether it be to degrade one another (both within your team or company wide), steal ideas, or treat each other like children. Management continues to have this idea that employees must "put in their time” to get more opportunity rather than skill levels and competency. Now that I am working for a company that does value me and my skills as an employee, I have realized the extent my negativity while working at Epsilon. Beware - get out while you still can.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
