      Pros

      1. Based on project you will have good work life balance. 2. WFM for 1 or 2 days in a week based on manger descretion. 3. Decent hike YOY. 4. Good place to join if you level of experience is between 3-8 years.

      Cons

      1. Very insensitive mid-level management. 2. Company tries very hard to be transparent but eventually hike depends on few people blessings. 3. Not a good place for 9+ years experience looking for a change with technical background.

      Pros

      Excellent team members, great office environment, good work-life balance with many remote opportunities as well as respected flexible time off.

      Cons

      Work can go into all hours because of teams abroad, meaning messages early in the morning and late at night. Nature of the teams in the company and lack of upward mobility has led to high turn over rate. Demanding clients and complacent managers means you will likely work with not much information and on a major time constraint.
