Pros
Let me preface this review by stating Epsilon is a very large company. Your experience will likely vary based on your division, manager, team, etc. Epsilon is a results-driven data company. I was challenged by a level of individual accountability that I had not experienced at other agencies. My supervisor was instrumental to my success and had a genuine interest in my personal and career growth.
Cons
The work/life balance at Epsilon needs improvement. Overtime and weekend work is expected during busy periods and unused PTO is lost at the end of the year. While there are opportunities to bounce around within the organization, the career path is not well-defined.
