Too many reasons to never work with the HR team here. Pathetic biased HR leader who promotes personal connection and nepotism openly. Least bothered about what others think and how is that affecting the team. Total power play. HRLTs mostly comprises of women leaders who are a total disgrace to leadership. Typical politics all around. A big " NO" to anyone who is looking to join the HR team here. Lot of power play, grudges, favouritism, promotions basis convenience and boot licking. Entire HR team is new as majority resigned and left. All manual work. Big name too little wool.
