Pros
Great benefits and salaries. A lot of smart people, and if you apply yourself, you can learn and benefit from their offerings. Looks great on a resume. Values are good as indicated below.
Cons
Like most big companies, there are a lot of layoffs, and it is a bit impersonal. It is easy to get lost and there are a lot of politics. Again, no different than any other large company. Not enough people to do all of the work.
