Pros

Great opportunity for 1) college grads to start their career and 2) those changing careers; learning SQL on the job, data analytics, and software; Peer to Peer recognition program; some flexibility offered (working from home) -- depends on who your manager is; 9a-5p schedule M-F; touch base meetings with managers to track progress; ability to learn multiple perspectives working with other colleagues on projects; stock option; 401(k) matching; 15 days PTO to start; and other great benefits.

Cons

Managers at times can be immature, inexperienced, and very clique; many employees are promoted internally (which can be good), but then hardly any managerial training is offered to make them better managers; Epsilon, in a company wide meeting, made it very clear that promotions aren't merit based -- but based on years of experience. It is also well known that Epsilon pays at rates that are below market value in the Boston area. Promotion cycles are too long.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
