Pros
If you are a college graduate or recent graduate, this is a great place to get started in your career. There are some great people to learn from. The pay and benefits for a younger, less experienced person are decent.
Cons
The more senior subject matter experts are all being let go and replaced with college grads or offshore resources. With this said, wisdom and skill sets are being lost and quality is sometimes going down. There is little to no loyalty within Epsilon. People that have worked there for decades are thrown away. It was not always this way. Only really since Publicis has taken over.
