Favouritism - Good projects to the favourites. Diversity is only on the papers. Work burden will be more on whoever works more and escapists has no work at all. Some people are surviving here with zero skills. Management is hectic - they will scold you as if you are a child. Almost everyone who came across me escapes from their work by putting pressure on juniors. When you put down your papers, you will be treated as an alien. They won't provide you with anything. Notice period is like harassment. I should have approached legal help but kept silent due to other issues. You won't get your full and final settlement until 2 months. You will feel alone in this company with no friends. Every employee has connections with one or the other senior employee. It's like you refer my favourites, I refer your favourites. Don't better join this if you are in an early stage of your career. Last word - it is better for people who wants to enjoy if you have friends in the company. If you are lone survivor better don't join. They will treat you as alien. Organising events doesn't make work culture better Do you have diversity in that ?
