Thank you for your review. We take concerns of this nature very seriously and have policies in place to prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender or any other protected characteristic. We pride ourselves on creating a culture that celebrates differences and see diversity and inclusion as a business imperative. We make hiring and promotional decisions based on qualifications and performance because that’s how we ensure we can deliver for our clients. In North America, approximately 70% of all HR jobs are stilled filled by women and Epsilon HR is no exception (see 2014 statistics from the US Department of Labor). Our ratios of men to women are consistent with national norms. In response to your complaint we examined our promotion rates in HR last year and found that the male population promoted at the same rate as the female population. The majority of male promotions were into leadership roles. Nonetheless, it’s concerning when anyone views our organization in a negative light. We appreciate the feedback and remain committed to creating a culture of inclusion and opportunity for all. --Human Resources Team

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
