Good people to work with day-to-day, very hard working and dedicated.

Cons

Management doesn't pay attention and pushes their work down, causing huge strains on resources. New business isn't supported appropriately under the guise of efficiency, but in reality they are just pocketing revenue on the backs of a few dedicated workers.
