      none.....but company band name and reputation

      1. rigid company culture 2. downsizing business - only focus on hardware: printer/projector....in digital world, paperless is the trend 3. low base salary 4. no training

      Pros

      Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

      Cons

      Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
