Pros

Working at Equifax has been a highly positive experience. The company fosters a great work environment where collaboration is encouraged, and they truly respect and promote a healthy work-life balance. The compensation package is very competitive, offering a good salary alongside an attractive bonus structure(restrictions apply). On top of the financial perks, the benefits provided are fantastic. Employees receive private health insurance which offers great peace of mind. The day-to-day experience is also enhanced by the on-site amenities. Having an on-site doctor is incredibly convenient, and the cafeteria with a daily subsidy makes meals both affordable and easy. Additionally, for certain positions, the company offers a very flexible 3x2 hybrid WFH (Work From Home) schedule, which is a huge advantage for managing both personal and professional time. Free transportation also provided. Overall, Equifax is a solid company that truly takes care of its employees. Highly recommended!

Cons

Dental plan should be included as part of the health care package with no cost at all. Besides that, no complaints for the moment.

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
