Thank you for the advice. The dynamic you describe is not how we expect leaders to manage. Over the last 5 years, we have been building and deploying leadership programs at all levels of the organization to ensure our leaders have the skills required to create the environment we aspire to create. I'm disappointed that you didn't experience your leaders in that way. And I appreciate the feedback to help us focus on continuing to drive an engaging work environment for everyone.

Pros

My direct manager. Comp plan if you’re lucky enough to find several whale clients, and if you’re lucky, the commission is approved.

Cons

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
