      Stable company, good benefits, good work - life balance, some ability to work from home

      Cons

      Slow to change, lack of technology investment, not honest with clients. Often there is a lack of communication with clients for important changes that happen to client services

      Pros

      Good services, if they are supported properly. AE teams are a life saver for an AE.

      Cons

      Lack of training on what the job actually requires. Lack of coordination of operations to sales, AE must do a lot of operational work to resolve ongoing issues and avoid cancellations.
