Pros

Honestly the company makes good money and if you are at a P3 level or above, that will come back to you with consistent profit sharing. S band and P1/P2 roles are out of luck and unvalued.

Cons

3/2 + 2 WFH policy is lagging behind other equivalent employers and creates whispers and discontent. Your ability to bend the policy is entirely at your department & manager's discretion, which creates inequality. Lots of people looking for jobs on the side, and there's been difficulty in filling roles because people don't want to be restricted. Some open roles sit that way for 6+ months with people receiving offers, then rejecting them when the truth about WFH comes out.

Pros

There truly are none that are significant enough to mention.

Cons

You're permitted to shout at and harass coworkers at the Hilliard office. I witnessed it happen all the time. There is also blatant racism. Do you know how insane that is? It felt like a demonic cult. You could just feel the negativity all throughout the 6th floor every single day. Whenever company executives would visit the Hilliard office to review, that's when management and those involved in this toxic cult would conceal their harassment of coworkers. When executives would then leave the Hilliard office, that's when the toxicity would continue. Every single department head was aware of it. They were all in on it. There ought to be an investigation of this office. Never seen anything like it.
