Whenever company executives would visit the Hilliard office to review, that's when management and those involved in this toxic cult would conceal their harassment of coworkers. When executives would then leave the Hilliard office, that's when the toxicity would continue. Every single department head was aware of it. They were all in on it. There ought to be an investigation of this office. Never seen anything like it.
