Fresher role - Graduate Rotational Analyst Equilend Employee Review

We're glad you appreciated the opportunity to work in different departments to explore your interests, this is something many graduates share as a key benefit of our Rotational Program. We understand your desire to know which team you may be offered full time as soon as possible however due to the nature of the Rotational Program this is not possible in most cases (it is a 1 year program and decisions are made towards the end of the program). We feel that we are transparent about this during the interview process so that people who join us are aware of the process and what to expect.
