Pros

- People-first culture. Collaboration, respect, and inclusivity are deeply embedded in the work environment. Leaders genuinely care about employee well‑being. - Empowered to grow. Plenty of opportunities for development — leadership programs, learning platforms, mentorship, and stretch assignments that help build new skills. - Supportive management. Managers are approachable, empathetic, and invested in your success. Feedback culture is strong and constructive. - Global exposure. You get to work with colleagues and leaders across different regions, which broadens your experience and strengthens cross‑cultural skills. - Great work-life balance for most roles. While busy, the workload is manageable and you feel supported during peak periods.

Cons

- Fast-paced environment. Things move quickly, which can be overwhelming at times — but it also means there are many opportunities to learn and contribute. - Some processes can still be improved. Because the company is growing, certain workflows or systems are still evolving. The good thing is leadership is open to feedback. - Cross-regional coordination may be challenging. Working with global teams means navigating time zone differences, but it also builds strong communication skills and global awareness.

Pros

Hybrid which is nice, for what the job entails pay is ok I suppose at 60k. Every Wednesday there's food for employees.

Cons

Earlier in the year the frisco office was closed down, so many employees including myself who add living arrangements now have to travel 3 days a week to the downtown office. Which is 45 minutes + with traffic. On top of that the shift times suck as someone who appreciates work life balance. 7 am to 7 pm. I would also say that there are many organizational changes and career growth seems limited.
