      Pros

      Truly global player across cultures and technologies. A place to learn and advance with a strong crop of expert colleagues to collaborate with to really meet the customer needs. Innovation is everywhere and no limits to allow employees to shine. Rewards are generous and achievable and for those who go the extra mile additional benefits are awarded.

      Cons

      Micromanagement of some issues in some functions, short term achievement focus for country teams instead of mid to longer term goals. Due to expansion, may scare some customers away as they may perceive an "all eggs in one basket" risk scenario

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Cons

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
