      Pros

      The culture is great, very collaborative and open. It still has a start up feel even though we are about 3K employees. There are many employees within the company who have been here over 10 years.

      Cons

      they have a robust benefits package but I think it falls short of some other high tech companies in the valley.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      The reviews citing toxic behavior are accurate. Titles protect position. Fear has become normalized. Leadership within the CRO organization is highly politicized, unhealthy and unsafe.
