      Growing pains are good pains to have. Process for process sake.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Toxic environment Poor Management RSUs (100% over 4 years) Skeleton crews was often a thing
