      Amazing teams' of friendly co-workers and leaders.

      Cons

      Management of the Opportunity Development Team (ODT) do not possess the experience to manage the task at hand. Many HR reports against the management of this department, going all the way up to the director level. They Rig the system in their favor, creating allot of smoke and mirrors of activity for the C level management. This department is stressful and micromanaged. It's sad that the team members of this department feel uneasy around the management.

      Pros

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Very busy, they need to hire more people.

      Great people in various internal roles.

      Cons

      CRO and Senior leadership failed with execution of their CS REORGANIZATION! They laid off exceptional and tenured talent who were either not replaced or new job requisitions filled with external candidates. Upon making internal employees aware of layoffs, they did so in such a callous manner with complete disregard for humanity. It was literally appalling and disgusting! The ‘Magic of Equinix’ (I belong. I matter. I feel safe.) is no longer present and hasn’t been for over two years. No work life balance. Everyone is just a number so why be an over achiever in such an awful space. Morale is lower than ever!
